The Abetone ski area is located in the province of Pistoia in the magnificent territory of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. The ski resort is divided into three areas: Saletta, Fivizzani and Riva; Stucchi, Pulicchio and Zeno; Valley of Light.
In them they are distributed further 50 km of slopes dedicated to alpine skiing (while the Nordic ski slopes extend for another 18 km), of all levels of difficulty, from the easy routes of Selletta and Abetina to the more complex one of the Zeno1 slope (in memory of the great Italian skier Zeno Colò ). A system for artificial snow equipped with 49 snow cannons, guarantees perfect snow even in case of unfavorable weather.
