Ski arena Klausberg is an Italian locality, located precisely in Cadipietra, in South Tyrol.

Klausberg is one of the small ski resorts that has made its way among the holiday offers offered by South Tyrol. In recent years, tourism has increased considerably as it represents a destination with quality slopes, landscapes and facilities at cheaper prices than the destinations in the South Tyrolean Dolomites.

The slopes does not have hundreds of kilometers of slopes but is still able to offer a wide range of skiing opportunities suitable for all levels and above all is able to integrate it with numerous other snow sports.

Those who want to devote themselves to snowboarding can access it via the K2 ski lift at an altitude of 2400m, reaching the Snowpark Funtaklaus in the Valle Aurina.

Here, it will be possible to access lines of three different levels: easy, medium and difficult. Activities practiced with rails and boxes in the Upper and Lower Park are accessible, located precisely at two different altitudes of the locality.

Thanks to the snow park, Klausberg has been able to attract numerous young people from South Tyrol and beyond who find here a well-prepared park and have animated the ski resort with a youthful spirit. The after ski has become a must that offers fun even after a long day of skiing and snowboarding, there are several refuges where you can celebrate in the evening.

The Klausberg station places at the disposal of ski schools with more than 45 certified instructors and experts in the sector: the latter will be able to teach how to take the first steps on the snow or improve one's own style, thanks to dynamic lessons which allow the individual himself to develop these skills to the fullest.
These activities are also aimed at the youngest, consequently the lessons have no age limit.

Another great option for families vacationing in this ski resort are the kindergartens in the snow, where children up to 6 years old can learn how to ski from expert teachers, as well as being supervised responsibly of course.

If you want to spend time with your children instead, you can consider the idea of baby park in the snow, i.e. a special snowy area where the local mascot Klausi is present, and numerous equipment for children: slides, snow igloo, slalom, and more.

What to do if you don't ski

Typically Klausberg resort is known as a ski resort, but it is also famous as having spectacular views for hikers.

In fact, those who are not fond of skiing can still spend a good holiday with hiking activities.

For those who prefer to walk for a long time, we recommend starting from San Giovanni. For those who want to explore the exact hiking location, instead, it is advisable to take the cable car from Cadipietra, finally reaching the K2 mountain station.
