What to do if you don't ski?
You can plan family outings in horse-drawn sleighs, toboggan rides along the 3,5 km long natural track, and there is also an area dedicated to ice skating (with the possibility of playing ice hockey or curling ); you can practice cross-country skiing (two tracks, Innerhut and Valle di Lazins) at both beginner and expert levels; and why not try a snowshoe hike through the magical snowy landscape of the Alta Val Passiria?
Excursions are also organized along one of the many paths that wind through the immense mountain scenery, torchlight processions at night and for those who love strong emotions there are spectacular ice climbing at the Torre di Corvara, 25 meters high and proclaimed the largest climbing tower on the ice of Europe; possibility to practice snowboarding and mountaineering skiing.

Obviously for those who want to learn to ski or to get on a snowboard there are two schools where professional instructors teach how to enjoy the snow through these sports.
Ski resorts
The ski resort is suitable for those who want to ski in complete tranquillity, but also for those who love alpine skiing, the presence of a black slope should be noted; you can also ski at night on the slope at the Gampen ski lift.
There are two ski and snowboard schools, slopes for beginners and expert skiers, equipment rental and several traditional mountain refuges, where you can enjoy a hot drink or taste typical traditional dishes while breathing the sparkling clean air and enjoying the enchanting view of the snowy landscape.
There are seven blue runs (Gampen I, II and III, Zeppichl, Larchenvald, Ski run), five red runs (Grunboden I and II, Karjoch, Obere Boden I and II) and the black run Wand. The high-altitude ski slopes can be reached comfortably with two ski lifts, a new gondola lift-chairlift with capacity for up to 8 people and 6-seater chairlifts with heated seats, a chairlift with a capacity of 4 people with protective hood and heated seats.
The flexibility of purchasing the ski pass (by the hour, morning only, afternoon only, day) allows you to enjoy the snow as you prefer depending on the availability of time and the type of footprint of the organized holiday.
In total, the area boasts 18 kilometers of slopes suitable for all levels and for both ski and snowboard enthusiasts. There are ski instructors who offer lessons for beginners and for those who want to approach this sport, and are always available to give advice even to the most experienced skiers.
