The ski area largely extends into the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino Natural Park. The Park summarizes the desire inherent in the territory to enhance a tourist offer that integrates with the respect and conservation of the environment, promoting it in a sustainable way; however, the integrity of these places does not contradict the desire to look to the future, guaranteeing guests efficient services always in close contact with nature.

The Carousel of the Malghe
The Carosello delle Malghe, 45 km of slopes between 1404 and 2357 metres, extends from Alpe Tognola to Malga Ces, including Cima Tognola, Val Cigolera and Punta Ces.
There are two accesses: the Tognola cableway departing from the state road one kilometer downstream from San Martino and the Ces chairlift on the western side of the town. The slopes develop on slopes with various exposures, thus guaranteeing optimal snow and sun conditions from early morning until late afternoon. The various tracks, always well groomed and covered with snow, make up an interesting and fun circuit of slopes: for the more expert, the demanding black Direttissima and Tognola1, the red technique Kristiania and the other beautiful red slopes such as the Colbricon, Tognola3, Sole, Cima Tognol, Coston and Rekord and of course the more touristy but always fun blue slopes such as Scandola, Conca, Valbonetta and Bellaria. The carousel offers slopes particularly appreciated by the most demanding skiers but thanks to the presence of numerous medium-difficult reds and various blues, it is to be considered within the reach of most skiers. The slopes are served by efficient lifts, some of which have automatic coupling, such as the Togonola gondola lift and the Punta Ces dome chairlift. Since winter 2004, the carousel has been enriched by the amusing San Martino snowpark on Alpe Tognola.
The Colverde – Rosetta area and the Prà delle Nasse school camp
In San Martino di Castrozza on the Pale side, the Colverde-Rosetta area offers 2 kilometers of beautiful slopes by day and spectacular by night! In fact, night skiing is possible at the Colverde lifts thanks to the efficient Sunglobe lighting system. The two slopes that merge into one from the middle of the track, wind through a suggestive fir and larch forest, just below the Pale and practically arrive just above the center of San Martino. Although the Colverde slopes fall into the category of blue slopes, they are absolutely fun even for the most demanding skiers, presenting changes in slope and some more challenging sections to carve in one breath!
Prà delle Nasse
Adjacent to the town, it is very easy to reach, even with the free ski bus service. Served by a double ski lift, the two wide slopes are ideal for the first ski lessons, especially for children. Next to the ski school field, the Nasse Park is available with a playground, inflatable tunnels, an easy obstacle course dotted with the fun silhouettes of cartoon characters and a comfortable treadmill to gradually introduce the little ones to skiing.

The bottom center
Not far from the town centre, with three multi-level trails for a total of 9 km: one easy trail and one of medium length and difficulty winding along the sunny plateau of Prà delle Nasse, while a more difficult trail enters the dense fir forest beyond the Rio Valcigolera in the locality of Colfosco-Bellaria. Access to the track for a fee. There is a small hut with changing rooms, ski storage and equipment hire and a contact point for ski instructors.
Passo Rolle ski area
Passo Rolle offers 15 km of trails with excellent snow from the end of November to the end of April. The slopes wind through one of the most evocative scenarios of the Dolomites, with incomparable views of the Cimon della Pala. The variety of slopes satisfies both the most expert skiers, who can compete on the wall of the black Paradiso slope or the red Fiamme Gialle, and all those who prefer gentler slopes such as those of the blue Ferrari or Cemin slopes. In addition to this first lift block at Passo Rolle, the skiable area also includes the panoramic Castellazzo chairlift, which offers two beautiful medium-easy reds and for snowboarding enthusiasts the Rolle Railz Park snow park.
